Apple/Banana Smoothie

 

 

 

½ c orange juice

¼ c milk

1 whole frozen banana

1 whole (large) apple, peeled and cored

Sugar, to taste

 

1. Prepare fruit: chop banana and large apple into large mixing cup or blender.
2. Pour in orange juice and milk, blend.  If drink is not cold enough, add ice and blend.
3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
