Cheese and Onion Omelet

 

 

 

2 eggs

milk

salt

pepper

cilantro

onion, chopped thickly

1 ½ slices American cheese

 
Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl.  Brown onions using butter, pepper, and cilantro in egg frying pan.   Once brown, remove to plate or cutting board.  Cook omelet.   (see how to instructions)  Before removing from skillet, place ½ slice American cheese on each side of omelet, cover one side with onions and fold.  Remove to plate.  Split remaining half-slice and place on top with remaining onions as garnish.  Sprinkle with cilantro.
