2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
6 whole eggs
2 sticks margarine – do not melt
2 tsp. vanilla
Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour and beat on high for at least five minutes. Pour in bundt or other tube pan. Start in cold oven. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350°F. Serve topped with sweetened strawberries and ice cream.
