Giblet Gravy

 

5 cups broth (usually already salted)

salt to taste, sprinkle of pepper

heat to boiling

Chicken or turkey giblets, cooked and chopped

2 boiled eggs, chopped

 

In large cup or small bowl, mix ½ c flour with ½ c milk.  Stir until smooth, add ½ cup milk.  Gradually mix into boiling broth.  Reduce heat and allow to cook until desired thickness is obtained.  Then stir in the eggs and cooked giblets.
