Heavenly Strawberry Dessert
1 box vanilla wafers
4 eggs
2 sticks butter (not margarine)
1 box powdered sugar
1 quart fresh strawberries
1 tub of Cool Whip
Crumble vanilla wafers and put in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan (do not butter or grease pan). Save a few crumbs for tope. Mix butter, eggs, and powdered sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Spread over crumbs. Slice strawberries and place evenly over cream mixture. Spread Cool Whip over strawberries. Sprinkle remaining vanilla wafer crumbs over the top and cover with clear wrap. Chill before serving. Refrigeration required.
