Lasagna

 

 

 

 lbs. Pork sausage

1½ lbs. ground beef

2 cans (10¾ oz) tomato soup

2 cans (8 oz) tomato sauce

1 can (4 oz) mushroom stems and pieces, chopped and drained

1 or 2 pkg (1.5 oz) dry spaghetti sauce seasoning mix

1 tsp. salt

1 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked (16 oz.)

1 pkg. (6 oz) grated mozzarella cheese +

1 pkg. (6 oz) grated cheddar cheese

 

  1. Crumble sausage and ground beef in skillet, brown and drain.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce, mushrooms, soup, seasoning mix, salt, and cheases.  Mix well.  Layer in 15¼ x 10¼  glass pan with meat on bottom, then cooked noodles and repeat.
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until hot all the way through.
