Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

 

2 c. flour

2½ tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. soda

1 tsp. salt

10 Tbsp. Crisco

6 Tbsp. margarine

2 c. brown sugar, packed

2 eggs

2 tsp. vanilla

2 Tbsp. cinnamon

3 c. quick cooking rolled oats

¾ c. raisins

 

Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and cinnamon.  Beat Crisco, margarine, and sugar until creamy.  Beat in egg and vanilla.  Blend in flour mixture.  Stir in rolled oats and raisins.  Drop by tablespoon fulls about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.  Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
