Who is the Friesen family?
Duane
is an avionics technician for American Airlines at the
Tulsa Maintenance and Engineering Center with 20 years of service. He was named the
Fourth
Quarter, 2006 and also the 2nd Quarter, 2007 recipient
of the Community Spirit award in the
American Airlines Outstanding People
program! He was recently
interviewed for a national publication -

He enjoys riding
his
bicycle in 100-mile tour rides and is a member
of the
American Airlines Bicycle Club
and
captain of their MS Bike Tour team.
Duane has ridden more
than 33,500 miles since he turned 40
(six years ago)! He also enjoys
working in the yard
and doing
woodworking
Carol
enjoys being a webmaster, genealogy enthusiast,
and e-mail
correspondent. Away from the computer, she enjoys reading murder mystery novels
and volunteering in the Tulsa community. Carol has huge collections of tins,
business cards, and newspaper clippings.
She enjoys watching football and baseball
(especially the
St. Louis Cardinals
and Tampa Bay Rays!)
Christy
is a teacher who is a graduate of
Southeastern Oklahoma State University
in Durant, OK (Elementary Education) and of
The University of Oklahoma (M.Ed.) She serves
as
webmaster for her own site
and
enjoys creating movies from still photos
and other computer aided presentations.
Christy also enjoys
photography, reading,
cooking, and communicating with friends.
She married
Cody
Hinnant
on June 11, 2008, at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL!
He is a graduate of Southwest
Texas State University (Industrial Engineering) and is
employed by Standard Aero, an engineering consulting firm
at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City, where his title is Project Lead
in the
Enterprise Services Division.
He enjoys photography,
climbing, hiking,
mountain biking, skiing, music, movies, and his wife's
cooking!
They
live in Edmond, OK where she teaches Kindergarten at
West Field Elementary
(Edmond Public Schools).
